Cameron & Andy Married May 14th, 2011
Cameron and Andy got married May 14th, 2011 at the Lesner Inn on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach! Cameron and Andy had booked me as their wedding photographer a LONG time ago! (smart!) I shot a great Trash the Dress session of Cameron last summer and did their engagement session as well last summer. Earlier this year I shot Cameron’s bridal portraits. After getting to know this WONDERFUL couple very well over the course of the portrait sessions it was very easy to know exactly what they wanted out of their wedding photography, so I just adjusted my shooting style accordingly and produced in images what I saw from them.
The ominous threats of foul weather on Saturday were empty. It was just a GORGEOUS day! We started real early and shot ALL of the family photos and formal portraits they wanted BEFORE the wedding ceremony. I’m pretty fast at that type of thing, so we had time to do some couple shots over by the old Duck Inn too.
