$300 Per Hour

Your coverage includes:

• You Receive All The Edited High Resolution Images and Print Release. (see note 1 below)
• Online Gallery for Viewing / Sharing Your Images. (see note 2 below)
• Bill Murray (me!) Shooting the wedding! (see note 3 below)

Options Available at an additional cost:

• 1 Hour Engagement Session. $300 (see note 4 below)
• 2nd Photographer for the wedding day. $100 Per Hour. (see note 5 below)
• Each hour beyond contracted time on the wedding day or engagement session. $300 alone, $400 with 2nd shooter.
• Flush Mount Wedding Album – You pay my cost, nothing more. (you pick the images) (see note 6 below)

I hope you appreciate the fact that I’m not requiring you to contact me for my very affordable prices. I try to make things easy for my clients (even potential clients!).

Note 1: I take many photos on your wedding day or at your engagement session. Not all of them are “good ones”. I cull the coverage deleting photos that are non flattering, embarrassing, blurry, eyes closed, etc. I edit all of the “keepers” in Adobe Photoshop CS (I do not use Adobe Lightroom, I edit each photo by hand, individually). When they are all adjusted to “print quality”, I categorize them all. This is what you will receive as a final product with the appropriate copyright release to do what you want with your photos.

Note 2: I upload all your photos to my lab in their respective categories. This is a great interface for you to be able to share your images with family and friends online. This is also a place where you can order low cost prints if you choose to do so. This gallery does not have an expiration date, and will be up for a minimum of 1 year. (I still have all the weddings I’ve done since going to this lab online since 2008).

Note 3: I will never, ever, send a substitute to your wedding. I will be there, personally.

Note 4: The $200 is good for engagement sessions located in the Hampton Roads area. If the session requires travel to the OBX, Richmond, DC, Williamsburg, etc, we’ll have to negotiate a fair rate for that. That 1 hour is pretty flexible. I generally won’t charge any extra unless the session goes over 2 hours. (very rare)

Note 5: I have two 2nd shooters that I’ve been working with for YEARS. They’re both excellent. I will not bring a 2nd shooter to your wedding who is not tried, true, and experienced in shooting with me.

Note 6: Crazy huh? But, 100% authentic. You pick the images you want in your album. I give you your options for style, size, cover materials, and finish. Then you simply pay my cost for the whole process. Most EXTREMELY high quality albums end up costing between $400-$600. (and before you ask the question, I’m sorry, but no, I cannot offer this service using someone else’s work as the source photos).
